Carrot Apple Spinach Juice / Jugo de Zanahoria Manzana y Espinacas

Put 6 apples and 8 carrots through a juicer. I then placed 1 large handful of spinach in the Nutri Bullet and added half of the carrot apple juice.  I did this twice. No, it does not “look” good, so if you have to, close your eyes when you taste it.  You will be amazed by how good it is. You will also be amazed at how much energy you’ll have.

En una juguera, puse 6 manzanas y 8 zanahorias. Luego, puse 1 puño grande de espinacas crudas en la licuadora Nutri Bullet con la mitad del jugo de zanahoria y manzana.  Hice esto otra vez para usar la otra mitad del jugo. No, no se ve bien, así que si tienes que, cierra los ojos cuando lo pruebes.  Te va a sorprender lo delicioso que esta. También te va a sorprender cuanta energía vas a sentir.
